Berry Smoothies Make My Heart Smile- Yoplait Giveaway

Apparently 7 out of 10 Americans do not consume the daily recommended amount of fruit - I def do not think me and the kid do...

I was offered this wonderful gift pack from Yoplait to try their new Smoothie products. And I absolutely LOVE it! The packet comes with this wonderful little blender that is a perfect two-person serving size, which is great for the two of us in our household. I tend to avoid our full-size blender because it's so big and bulky and has to be disassembled to clean. It's too much work to make a drink for two of us. But this little guy rocks:

It's that easy!!! And then you just rinse that little blender thing out and call it good.
I really love these and I bought a bunch of extra packs of the Yoplait mixes. I also bought other berries to add in with their mix. I don't always get to the fresh fruit before it goes bad and that discourages me from buying fruit, so these packs are great for someone like me.

    Yum. I've never been a smoothie person - too much work! But now that I'm healthier it's something I'd love to add to my diet. They look delicious! I eat an apple and banana every day, plus frozen veggies most days. Good girl Amy! I'm also a follower, but am I supposed to leave another comment about that? I don't think so, so here it is. :D

    I make sure that there is always some fruit in the house. I have navel oranges and frozen bananas or frozen grapes. I will add bananas to the cereal or I will even add raisins and cranberries to a cereal. I must have juice available as well.

    Getting fruit in is easy. Smoothies are always a good way. I also make sure we have lots of fresh fruit on hand. My favorite is blueberries so I pick tons in the summer to guarantee plenty all winter long.

    My family *LOVES* fruit. Our favorites are blueberries, raspberries, pears, oranges, apples, clementines, and grape tomatoes. When we don't have fresh fruit in the house, we tend to make smoothies. Typically, I just toss some frozen strawberries, a banana, and yogurt into a blender...and...done! :)

    I especially like the two-person size blender that you've featured in this post. It looks ideal for every-day use when you just want to whip up a smoothie for 1-3 people real quick.

    I've been keeping lots of fresh fruit and veggies around so the kids and I both can snack on them. Bananas, apples, grapes. The kids' favorite was the box of mandarin oranges I bought. The best part? I didn't have to peel them for them!

    I like to eat apples, plain or with cheese or caramel. I like grapes, raisins, pineapple-fresh or canned. I like most fruits. I also make homemade smoothies. Sometimes I use flavored tofu starter with strawbery or vnailla or chocolate. I'll add 2 or 3 bananas, and maybe a little sold coffee from the fridge. Or I'll make one with apple juice, carrot juice, and a couple of bananas. I also put bananas in my cereal & ice cream, of course.

    We get a box of fruit and veggies delivered weekly, which forces us to eat them up or dream up ways of cooking them before the next box arrives. It is actually a great way to make you eat your fruit! (And you can always make pie!)

    I try to get in my daily amount of fruit by buying fruit 'items' which I really enjoy, then it's pretty easy :D I went to Costco tonight and I bought some fresh fruit and also some dried fruit, and also some of this exact smoothie mix, they sell a large bag of it there and my daughter loves it!
