Shop It Like It's Hot - CSN $60 Gift Certificate!

I've mentioned CSN stores before - it's like a mega shopping center in one location. They have anything and everything you can imagine. The hardest thing that I have discovered, and heard from others, is that there is SO much to look at, you just don't know where to start.

The website works easiest if you have a plan of something you are looking for. In this case, a vanity. You can type in vanity and have some wonderful choices. You'll have about a million options, so it's best to use the left side bar and narrow down a little further. My first step is to narrow down price. I don't need a $6000 vanity (right now anyway), so once I drop it down to $600 as a max, I have a more reasonable selection to choose from. I like this one (as an economical option)
I'm in the midst of doing some small changes to my main bathroom (I can't wait to share the pics!) and sometimes you can just change a little thing and make a huge impact. I like the idea of having a small standing table-like vanity with a large bowl instead of an actual sink...but I'm not sure if I want to commit to that-it's more of a big change.

Anyway.....on to the giveaway.
CSN has very generously offered a $60 gift certificate to one of my lovely readers. Would you like it? Do you need it? Perfect - let me know and we'll see if you are the random winner!

The Prize: $60 Gift Certificate to CSN Stores, for use at any of their 200+ stores!!!

To Enter: Leave a comment about what small change you would like to make in or around your house that would have big impact.

We were thinking about putting in a couple of pendant lights in our kitchen. I think it would dress it up and provided some much needed illumination.

After our basement family room flooded this spring, we replaced the floor and did some major decluttering. I now have an empty space by the stairs where a low cabinet could fit. Once I find one that works in the space, it will really help keep us organized.

I would upgrade to a more highly efficient furnace filter. When sunlight shines through the windows and you can see particles floating around - it's no wonder they say the air you breath outside is cleaner than indoors!

Painting is about the simplest (and cheapest) thing you can do that makes the biggest difference!

  1. We actually have a long list of small "projects" (improvements) we want/need to make. One that has become increasingly urgent for our aging eyes: a bathroom wallmounted (extension - and preferably lighted) magnifying mirror for shaving, make-up etc, facials, etc.) CSN has a good selection that would be affordable with this very generous $60 GC.
