Fiber It Up to Fill You Up - Food and Giftcard Giveaway

I'm working on the new me, as my loyal readers know, and when you're losing weight - fiber is important. I'm sure there are all kinds of nutritional reasons why-muscle building or something-but what I know is that fiber makes you feel full. So if you're feeling a non-stop snack-attack come on - eat some fiber and it helps. It really does!

Fiber One is really helpful to help you get your daily amount. They just pack the fiber in to each serving.

We recently tried this yummy cereal and love it:

And the Fiber One Chewy Bars - are improved!! Andrew and I used to eat these all the time, but they used to be too hard for our taste...however, as if General Mills personally created these for us-they are now new and improved and much softer!!!

    I love a good cereal....wonder how this one taste? But on the gift sad. I don't have a safeway or any of those others listed. We live in a one horse town and that horse is in the stable.
